I started teaching while I was doing my B tech. As I always use to question myself,how one can be the best teacher and keep questioning my mentors,teachers and lecturers.What I gathered from them is learning is a long process which u can't attain in one day or one month.Teaching is not just a method which evolved out of a formula,it is self improvised and inventory which comes with ideas of improvement as there always been a scope of betterment in it. I have got the opportunity to teach with the best schools of CBSE n ICSE board from 1996 to 2003.I started teaching at higher secondary level on adhoc basis and continued for eight years.My best students scored top positions at state level and competitive level too.So later after 1999 I started taking doubt sessions with competitive coaching institutions for JEE,AIEEE,DCE and other state level exams. Later in 2004 I joined as associate lecturer after my post graduation n started taking mechanics as a subject. And now I'm working with some schools designing n conducting their teachers training programs n undergraduate orientation programs.

I started teaching or better should say helping my juniors when I was doing 12th.As in our days 10th &12th both use to have board exams,so it use to be a Hercules task getting high scores to get specific subjects.So I started working out 9th &10th Math and Science in order make it simpler for kids. I still remember my first student,Mayank Jain class 10th who scored an aggregate of 92.6%. Its been good 16years after completion of my Graduation that I started teaching professionally. I have always loved teaching and it became my passion because with each and every student,you get to know more about different kind of personalities,behaviour and skills.And the better you know,more you get out of them. These days its no more old classroom methods of teaching adequate to make a student learn better.So apart from conceptualising topics and providing applications,I gave more stress on student-teacher connect.According to me without connecting with them,it is impossible to make them understand any subject as in whole. Subjects I love the most are Physics(Motion in one &two D,vectors,mechanics,Integrated circuits) and Mathematics(Trigonometry,Calculus,Permutation and Combination) Its been wonderful working as a teacher,mentor of age group from 14-17yrs.All over these years my students have taught me that experience comes from experimentation, analysis and its usability.As rightly been said by one of student-You don't have to be great to start but you have to Start to be Great.
