"I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of preparation and examination. I can’t think of substitute to classroom study. It made me think out of the box and instilled wisdom to look at various dimension of any issue. The informal and encouraging atmosphere in the class made me comfortable to ask even the most naive questions. Considering that I was from a science background, there were many social issues I was completely unaware of but teachers at the institute made a point that no one is assumed to know something and every topic was taken from its foundation. This special focus on foundation of every subject and keeping infinite space for discussion played a game changing role in my preparation. I can’t imagine or heard of any other institute where teachers are so concerned for personal & professional growth of students. 1 could always find teachers by my side through every thick & thin, that is why I consider Nirvana Academy as my extended family. "Success is sweet. It is something i can testify to, having tasted success in my maiden attempt in the civil services exams. It was a culmination of a year of hard Work and smart work, with enrolling at Nirvana IAS Academy being one of the smartest decisions I made in this regard. The classrooms at nirvana are characterized by their lively discussions, light atmosphere, life lessons and personal attention given by the faculty. Studying is made easy and fun, never too drab or too heavy to follow. Regular assignments and tests give us a good amount of practice before every step. The faculty does a brilliant job of mentoring us through all the 3 stages. Karam Sir‘s classes on general studies and law provide valuable insights into current affairs, polity, IPP, economy etc. Sunil Sir’s deep understanding of history and political thought, theory & IR helps us build a strong base for these topics. Both, CSAT in the prelims and statistics in the mains, are trouble areas for most of us, and Ruby Mam does a wonderful job of helping us through. The support staff of Sunil Jee and Amit Jee are forever helpful too, ln the end, I would like to share my success with Nirvana, which has been an integral part of it. Everything from the knowledge gathered in the classes to the teachers and friends I have come to know, have been valuable add-ons to my life!"

"Today when I am writing this testimonial there are thousands of` thoughts coming to my mind. First of' all I want to thank my brother who introduced me to Nirvana IAS Academy. After I attended the Seminar, I decided that I will appear for Civil Services Examination, I decided to opt for Law & Political Science, as guided by Gill Sir. Nirvana turned out to be my support system during preparation.`The constant support given by Sunil Sir and Gill Sir kept me moving and helped me in clearing all the hurdles in the way. The General Studies material provided by the institute was exhaustive and helpful for an IAS aspirant. The way polity was taught in class by Gill Sir simplified the subject, The Current Affairs notes are self` sufficient for a candidate, Similarly International relations were taught in a very systematic manner with latest updates added from time to time, History was taught in a very light manner by Sunil Sir. which induced my interest in the subject, Also, the toughness of` "Political Science" was reduced to half by the method of` teaching followed by Sunil Sir. Coming to my second optional Law, It is generally said to be a tough subject to deal with. But the way it was taught by Gill Sir, I never felt that, the notes were given in a simplified language and the focus was on understanding the concepts, ~ During CSAT preparation Ruby madam helped me in increasing my speed and ensuring that i attempt all the questions. She also removed my phobia of stats during CS mains preparation. The regular tests conducted by Institute helped me in evaluating my pertormance during my preparation, I am thankful and grateful to my teachers for helping me in entering a new world of` IAS . "When I decided to appear for the civil services examination, I was clueless, from where to start with. But at the same time I did not want to leave thejob and put my career at stake. So I wanted to join a weekend batch. At that time, I heard about Nirvana IAS Academy. I attended that seminar that was really helpful in understanding various aspects of civil services. Moreover, Mr. Karamjeet Singh ‘ Gill helps me out to decide my optional subject as well. My association with Nirvana has been very long. They provide me with an outstanding supporting environment. They made me work persistently towards my goal. I am really fortunate to achieve one of the biggest dream of my parents and my mentor ' Karam Sir. I could taste this success at third attempt but this means a lot to me as well as for my family specially my mother who woke many nights for me. All the faculty members (Karam Sir, Sunil Sir and Ruby Madam) were very cordial. All of them notjust prepare us for civil services but for the art of living like a bureaucrat. Karam sir was always on his toes 24x7 to help us out whenever we reach out for any kind of help in any dif?cult situation. Further Sunil sir made history an interesting subject which arouses curiosity to know more and more unlike school days when I used to hate reading history. Moreover, Ruby Mam have taught us the reasoning and reading comprehension part in a very methodological way. S0 that more and more questions can be solved in a limited time ?ame that too with accuracy. , I have attended various classes for Chartered Accountancy course but have never found such a cordial environment with personal attention. - With all the faculty members around, I never had to devote any time to plan out my strategies about General Studies as well as optional. This work was taken up by my mentors and we were only le? with the execution of those plans. I owe my success to my wonderful Mom and my awesome teacher Karam Sir to achieve this success."

" Today my dream of becoming a civil servant has turned into reality and a major credit for this goes to Nirvana IAS Academy. When I first came here and had a counselling session with Karam sir, I felt strongly that this was the kind of institute I was ,' looking for. After attending the classes. I found it to ‘ be even better than What I could expect. The personal attention that every student gets here is remarkable. Karam sir is always available to solve our doubts even at midnight. I remember calling him up with my silly doubts and he always helped rue out. Not only with regards to syllabus but otherwise also he has played a great role as a motivator. It was his con?dence in rue that made me feel always that ‘yes, I can do it ‘. Another thing that I love about Nirvana is the method of teaching which is so participative and interactive. This actually makes the syllabus so interesting and easily understandable. I wonder if anyone else on this earth can explain and discuss current a?airs as good as Kararn sir. History has always been a threat to me but the Way Srmil sir taught it made it one of my favorite subjects. CSAT was made a cakewalk by Ruby mam. The entire Nirvana family has been a beautiful part of my journey to achieve my dream. Words are actually too short to express my gratitude to Nirvana. Along with my parents and my brother. "Examination. I was happy to see that the batch strength at Nirvana is not very large, ' because I can’t study in big batches of students. I was impressed by the clarity of thoughts and simplicity with which Karam Sir introduced me to real preparation for Civil Services. Today, I can happily say that NIRVANA IAS ACADEMY gave me more than expected. I always got the personal attention which I needed. Whenever I had doubts my teachers ' were available. Pattern of teaching in NIRVANA goes completely in sync with the changing pattern of examination which is the reason students here do well. Environment in class is positive and healthy competition prevails. Discussions which take place in class are quite resourceful and help students in all the phases of examination. Karam sir, Sunil sir and Ruby madam are inspiring personalities and have good command over their respective subjects. It happened many times that I felt low and was undecided. "I consider myself fortunate to be part of Nirvana IAS Academy. It was not a planned decision to join the institute but it happened to be one. When I started to prepare for Civil Services on my own in January 2013, along with my Ph.D., just like any other aspirant I l subscribed to ‘The Hindu’ newspaper. The day I got first copy of ‘The Hindu’, I saw advertisement of Nirvana IAS Academy. There was mention of weekend batch and free seminar which enticed me to give it a shot. Before attending the seminar I was planning to give CSE-2014 but a?er attending the seminar my whole perception changed about the examination. The best part of Nirvana IAS Academy is that they don’t project this exam bigger than life. The self belief that was induced alter seminar was biggest factor that helped me clear this exam. I had a mental block that at least one year is required for Prelims preparation but now when I look back, I am ?lled with gratitude that I was able to attain this feat in 9-I0 months including the whole process of preparation, Prelims and Mains. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole process of preparation and examination. I can't think of substitute to classroom study. "Any success, seldom, comes as a sole work. It is mostly outcome of teamwork. So, is my suocess. It is a product of combined hard work of me & my teachers at Nirvana, nevertheless, the guidance and strategy was solely theirs. Joining Nirvana was the best step; I took towards my dream of becoming a civil servant. Before joining it, while doing self study, I was so lost most of times, in forming the strategy, but after coming here, I was never bothered about my study plans because my teachers did that work for me. They, so much streamlined my preparation. Constitution and law classes by Karam Sir, while teaching Geography, makes one visualize whole world in front of eyes and makes it learning so easy and interesting. Similarly, Sunil sir just does not teach history, rather makes one think and question about it. Ruby ma'am makes sure that every student does extensive practice of CSAT, and no portion is left without rigorous practioe and testing. Whole atmosphere of Nirvana makes one feel like at home. They act like teachers, mentors, guide and friends. One can discuss all his/her doubts with teachers any time. They try to remove all one’s doubts, fears and apprehensions to the best of their ability. Having said that, the material given in institute, being unconventional, is immensely helpful. The testing sessions are regular and extensive and are evaluated with great attention. I didn't think such amount of personal attention and guidance is possible anywhere else. I think joining Nirvana was one of the best decisions, I made in my life. I urge that all those who are serious about civil services examination and understand that it is an era of smart and systematic work, should definitely consider Nirvana family to guide them to path of success."

" “ I owe my success to the guidance and unswerving support I got at Nirvana IAS Academy. The aspirants often ?nd themselves at crossroads of never-ending notes and aimless allied material. Au contraire, the tradition at Nirvana is to challenge your abilities so that you push the envelope and lay down the road that you feel can comfortably be travelled by you, for there is no single way to succeed at UPSC. "Its worth every penny to join Nirvana Academy. I joined Nirvana 5 months before the preliminary exam 2013 but started to put sincere efforts from my side only 1 month before the exam (due to work constraint). Rest 4 months I only did classroom study and newspaper reading. I belong to science background and had not prepared anything for UPSC before joining Nirvana. After analyzing my preliminary performance, I can say that I am well above 285 marks out of 400. That says it all. I fully stand by the teaching carried out at Nirvana. Every major and crucial topic is thoroughly covered (not only history and polity as mentioned in one of the review).
