With over 12 years of experience in weight management and martial arts, I offer a unique blend of expertise in Taekwondo, Karate, and Mixed Martial Arts. My journey began with a deep interest in Taekwondo during school, leading to significant achievements, including earning a black belt and participating in four international tournaments across Malaysia, Nepal, India, and numerous national events. I have been honored with gold and silver medals at the World Games, reflecting my dedication and skill in the sport.

My background includes teaching Taekwondo at institutions like Vigyan Public School and Sri Prakash International School, where I provided free training to students. This experience has honed my ability to teach martial arts effectively and adapt to different learning styles. In addition to my martial arts training, I offer guidance in weight management, incorporating a holistic approach that includes tailored diet plans to complement physical training.

I conduct both online and offline sessions, each lasting one hour. My training sessions are highly practical and interactive, focusing on hands-on techniques and live demonstrations to ensure that students can effectively apply what they learn. Whether training for personal fitness, competitive goals, or overall wellness, I provide comprehensive support to help individuals achieve their objectives and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
