IdentityIn my words teaching is not only profession, its the whole responsibility to create society. In ancient times there was practice of gurukulas, slowly with time things changed. Today also, teaching is one of most respectable and responsible position in society. growing needs of society begs for more good teachers .ow question is who is good teacher, I say every teacher is good if he is able to understand their students.
In personal, I teach any student with passion of making them understand not scored. for me understanding is must rather than score. My first work is to understand students ability to grab. I focus to accept those challenging cases who are afraid of books. I assure parents with growth of their ward, not only in subject also in normal understanding and behavior.
Being a average student i understand the pressure of society to score. that pressure depresses. no five fingers are equal. If scoring was only way to earn then many who are at top should not be there. bill gates is one identity to prove understanding is more important than scoring.
secondly, while teaching clock is not important, what the important is student understanding.
