My accomplishments were - firstly I did research on Bronchial Asthma patients and got magnificent results with proper guidance of yoga practices as they excluded inhalers from their prescribed medications, secondly I've taken classes of students of the Department of Yoga Studies, Central University of Kerala and Central Council of Research in Yoga and Naturopathy Hospital.
