Hi, I am Khushi, currently pursuing master at Kurukshetra University. As a dedicated and passionate yoga practitioner, I bring 5 years of experience teaching yoga classes to students. Ten years ago, I began my journey in yoga and discovered its transformative power in fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Since then, I have been dedicated to sharing the benefits of yoga with others and guiding them on their wellness journey.
I hold various certificates from Patanjali Yoga, induction programs UIET Kurukshetra and more. I am also Haryana State Yoga player. This thorough training provided me with a deep understanding of yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methods. To stay current with the latest developments in the yoga field, I attend regular workshops and seminars.
I have taught various types of yoga classes. I focus on cultivating a secure and supportive environment where students feel confident to explore their practice. I am deeply involved in the local yoga community, organizing events, workshops, and fundraisers to promote yoga accessibility and inclusivity in various platforms like NSS Camp, NIC Camp, RED CROSS Camp and more. I believe in the power of yoga to unite people from all walks of life and I am dedicated to fostering a sense of connection and belonging among my students. This approachability and genuine care have resulted in a loyal following and a thriving community.
