I am an internationally recognized fitness professional registered with REPs India, I have done a Diploma in Personal Training from the K11 School of Fitness Sciences. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer for Special Population and a Certified Sports Nutrtionist. I have also received a certification from the National Skill Development Corporation, India as a Fitness Trainer of level-4. I am currently working as a freelance fitness & nutrition consultant for 2.5-3 years now. I am skilled in strength training, fat loss, muscle gain, LCHF diet, general fitness. I a certified; to train elders and children, do the postural assessment, for injury management. My goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals in the most optimal way by following science and fact-based training method.
