With this pressure of scoring good marks the hard-work of teacher also increases with the student. As I believe in knowing the meaning of the topics as this knowledge will be the only thing which they can carry forward and help them build their carrier. I have always told my every student irrespective of the class to gain knowledge rather than focusing on marks because this is 21st century we are living in is a "KNOWLEDGE CENTURY" Teaching class IX students needs a lot of hard work and practicality because the course slightly changes for them from VIII to IX. It seems difficult for them but I have used different techniques of my own and by other references also and always have made the subject easy and interesting. I believe in higher classes student's interest can only be generated by making the meaning and use of every chapter understood rather than focusing only on doing the sums and calculations which is also a compulsion but not primary. Due to this theme and way of teaching my students have always scored well in their subjects and I feel proud.
