My honest reply would be that this depends on the availability of time and the right teacher. If you have time at your disposal and want to learn in a personalised environment, then learning from a private teacher online will help. If you are looking for a certification, an academy will suit you more.

Any habit takes time to develop. As per many management Gurus, it takes about three weeks to build a new habit. One week to unlearn the old practice of thinking in our native language by consciously correcting ourselves, having our friends and family amend us from time to time etc. The second week is continuing and pursuing the new habit without lapsing. The third week will be less complicated.
Find a group of people who you aspire to speak like and then rope them into your plan.
