My education tutoring program posses the title INDEX EDUCATION - THE EXPERT TUTELAGE. I am Usha Mangalagiri , confident and booming professional student trainer in math, physics, and basic english and general science. Posses work. Experience at school as principal at Hyderabad, Telangana state, taught in parallel the high school students. For the same number of years, and guided many teachers with modern pedagogy to cater the different learning abilities of the students of primary, high school students and trained thousands of students towards academic success.
Classes will be offered in online mode under one on one teacher-student method.
Tailored lesson plans as per the student's level of knowledge and comprehension of the topic, flexible class timings as per students' comfort, interactive sessions rather than lecture method, and simplified and innovative techniques to make the subject exciting and quick to learn - are the major key features of my education guide programme. I have developed various topics related to maths and physics in a simplified and effective manner that suits the individuals and each individual student will be thoroughly examined in the random interaction as well as in the specific teaching- learning classes on the aspects like grasping previous knowledge on the topic and frequency of the errors, ability to correct the errors and time required for the concept learning, readiness to accept tasks. The lesson plan created on the individual may or may not be applied on other individual because of the learning differences. Subject topics within the book and out of the book is the main criteria to measure students strengths in analysing, interpretation, conclusions, applications and more vividly expression of thoughts and ideas to solve any question. You can find in my gallery the lesson plans developed so far and worksheets designed by myself focussing on the questions which erases the ambiguity and raise the confidence on the topic that will be dealt in the class. You can find honesty in my principles of work and can trust for the best outcome as expected by the student and the parent. Students entered learning, teachers entered teaching - are the pillars of INDEX EDUCATION PROGRAM. A student trained for a period of time ot only develops concept knowledge but also necessary skills that acts as tool to handle higher grade concepts.
