Dealing with the kids is the work of patience. What I have learnt over the course of time is to be patient and polite to the students even when they are doing it wrong. Every student has different abilities and level of understanding, some grasp things very easing but some learn through personal experiences. I encourage my students to identify their mistakes on their own and try to rectify them. Being harsh and impolite to these kids could lead them to very different sort of scenario. Teaching kids of these age group have made to be more humble, understanding and encouraging. Teaching kids is actually fun where you can just give wings to your imagination and invent new ideas and techniques according to their interests and needs. It is not always necessary to follow the textbook in the regular classroom way, there is a lot interesting that can be done to bring out the potential of a child.
