Im doing Communication Skills Training from my first job.Since i like training,i always taken assignments in my previous jobs.Most of the time i use to handle freshers (Engineering,Management and other streams) recruitment and their initial training also,where i use to conduct Communication Skills training About my training approach,it mainly on activity and experiential learning.It involves lot games,self inventories,Group activities. It involves lot of Audio and Video presentations Handles Communication Skills for Executives,Supervisors and Mid level Managers also.Communication Skills is very complex because its just about word what you speak but about what make you not to speak at all and not clearly communicating.Its more about self journey of understand your self and your environmental influence on you.
