Preschool-Not helped but troubled

"I thought of making all aware on "urban tots" chandanagar hyderabad school based on the series of incidents took place with my kid in urban tots. And when my wife and I had complained, the response and the behavior showed by the staff and directors of the school. My kid is 2.5 yrs old and this is his first school, so thought of going with less crowded one so that they can take care well on each kid. When we met with one of the director(Mr. Saroj) at the admission, he assured us in every possible way to take care well my kid and will give most attention to him since this is his first, hence we started with "Urban Tots". 1) School timings given to us 9 AM -12 PM, but on very first day of the school kids arrived back from the school by 10:30 AM itself, without prior communication to us. Above all the driver was waiting outside and without having info on our flat and phone number. fortunately my wife had seen my kid crying near Van from balcony and by having the doubt, reached before the driver left. 2) After 4-5 days, found that my kid's cloths were completely wet including socks, for continuous 2 days. On top of it they had put the diaper in reverse while changing it. 3)after few days When I picked my kid from checked his shirt, spotted 'potty' over the shirt (under arms).. and after checking diaper found he didn't do it during school and that Asked school on that they denied any fault from school. We have taken out kid from this school. "
