Speak in English as long as you can with as many people as possible . When no one is around , you will be the listener too . Tell your self what all you have done , what you are going to do and what not . Let every thought that comes to mind be in English . You will surely gain fluency . Make sure to read books so that you can enrich your vocabulary .

Your sentence ends in a full stop which means it is a statement . So the pronunciation is plain . If it is a question rising tone should be used. Depending on what you want to convey word stress is used. For example , if you stress on I , you mean to say that it is you , not anyone else . If stress is on buy, you mean that you want to buy , not sell. Likewise use stress onthe in accordance with what you want to inform .
