I am experienced, certified yoga teacher and tutor with over 10 years of experience in teaching yoga Asanas,Pranayam and meditation. I did yoga teachers' training course(TTC) in Madurai 2009. Also i gave volunteer service 2 years in Sivananda yoga centre New Delhi. Yoga practised as a Sadhana (spiritual practice) gave me multiple benefits physically, mentally and spiritually. yoga is taking care of body, mind and spirit, not seeking after fitness or beauty or health. yoga is a balanced mind, strong and steady. yoga help us to go to the root of our suffering- spiritual ignorance (not knowing who we really are).
