Actually it doesn't matter you can do light cardio for warm up thn you can go ahead with weight training

Hi Parviz I would like to tell you if you are burning your fat you may loose your muscle also .SO i will suggest you go for cardio and weight training both will help you to burn your fat and gain good amount of muscle .It's not just about good exercise you have to take good food also and proper sleep.Increase... ...more
