Learn Core Java and then you can learn J2EE,Struts etc for Web Development and Android for Mobile Application Development !

I am a BTech graduate working in a BPO. I am not very good with programming but I want to leave BPO and get a good job now. Since I am a graduate in BTech(IT) I think I will have to look for Software jobs (otherwise I would be forced to join a bank or other govt jobs by the family, which I don't like). I am confused between Software testing and development. Testing doesn't give much career growth but doesn't require much coding abilities (good for me). Some asked me to learn Android development. I am totally confused and I don't have much time left. Please help me.

If you are comfortable in writing code..you can go for Software Development else you can go for Software Testing which is much easy and staight forward !
