Greetings akshita!! Coins will be deducted both on contacting student and on booking demo session. If the demo session is not attended by student then Coins are refunded. And if the student who we contacted is not responding to any urban pro tutor...then in that case also some of the coins will be refunded. Exceeding or not exceeding the flat fee limit has nothing to do with the Coins deduction. Hope my answer is helpful😊
