IdentityKim O. Noble is a teacher, actor, musician and dreamer but is actually just another person trying to make a difference in this world.
Over the last 2 decades, Kim has taught, trained and mentored over 60,000 individuals ranging from kindergarten kids to corporate head honchos to face their worst fears and emerge as powerful speakers, dynamic leaders and gentler human beings.
He has set up training verticals, developed departments and created new processes for People Development at MNCs such as KPMG, HSBC, Convergys, Aditya Birla Group and Infosys among others.
Kim's experience in both the educational (English teacher, lecturer, professor, HoD) and corporate (trainer, manager, leader) sectors has enabled him to communicate with all age groups, backgrounds and learning abilities. He conducts TTTs for new or experienced trainers, teachers, lecturers, professors, and facilitate OD interventions for new leaders, and middle and senior managers.
Kim has often been invited as a keynote speaker at leadership summits and as a guest facilitator at academic institutions to demonstrate his self-styled “kreative” training methodologies. With his theatre and stage performance background he encourages people in still waters to ‘rock the boat’ and welcomes ‘new’ mistakes.
Besides being a Certified L&D Manager, with a B.Ed and a Masters in English Communication, a Six Sigma GB, and a graduate from St. Stephen’ College Delhi, Kim also moonlights as an Elvis impersonator in a rock band!
