I am a Mixed Martial Artist.I have got Gold Medals in State Kickboxing Championship for consequtive 4years.I have also got Silver Medal in National Kickboxing Championship held in Solang,Himachal Pradesh.I have 4years experience in this field.I also have experience in Wrestling and Brazilian Jijutsu. I am here as a kickboxing trainer not only to teach kickboxing but also teach how to defend ourselves in need. My process of teaching kickboxing includes below- 1.Cardiovascular workout- This high intensity interval training includes rapid body movement causing ddep breath and faster heart rate that circulated more oxygen to your body. 2.Strength trainning- Kickboxing can increase your muscle strenght and cardiovascular health.The type of exercise not only includes kicks and punch which improve your lower and upper body strenght but also improve your core and back muscles. 3.Self defense- The type of exercise helps you to defend yoursrlf when needed. 4.Aerobics- Non contact kick boxing can be used as a aerobics workout which is also good for your health. 5.Crossfit- Kickboxing includes high intensity alternative exercise which is a perfect cross training. 6.Burn Calories- Kickboxing can burn a good amount of calorie. 7.Stress reliever- You can punch and kick in your high energy kickboxing routine which can reduce stress. 8.Energy and endurance- Kickboxing can boost you energy and endurance. 9.Confidence and body posture- Kickboxing will boost your confidence level and helps to get a better body posture. Overall both teaching and learning kickboxing is good health and fun combined together.

"Amazing trainer. I had lost my muscle strength because of COVID and this guy literally made crazy amount of effort on me. He teaches mma and boxing but also specialises in basic cardio and weight loss so if you’re sitting at home and your gym is closed get to it since he’s going to come over to your house. "
