I am a PMP, Prince2 and ITIL Expert certified professional with over 12 years of experience in the ITES/financial industry and over 8 years in the capacity of a people manager. I had been working with HSBC for the last 11 years .The first 7 years were spent as an application support manager for eCommerce payment gateway where I was exposed to ITIL and the next 4 were to lead the Kolkata operations for IT Project Management Office (PMO).
For the last 4 years as a PMO lead I have been involved in providing training to Project Managers on PM tools , methodology's and best practices that are followed.
My role also involved having governance over Projects/Programs/Portfolios and making sure that they are in alignment with the overall organisational strategy
I have gained my PMP certificate with "Above Target "in all areas and have helped several people attain theirs.
I am available to be associated with any institute that is looking for trainers and any willing to train individuals looking to obtain PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certifications.
