I am an engineer and fitness is my passion,from my childhood I ve been in different sports professionaly like TT,swimming, and have currently 8+ years of mixed martial arts experience,played nationals represented bengal won medals.Also got selected for Indian team grappling/jiu jitsu. 3 years of experience in Gym and weight trainings and is certified diploma in advanced fitness.
So I can prepare you proper fitness routine based on your preferences and goals.Weekly or daily monitoring will be done as per client need and they ask for. HIIT,cardio,body weight train,weight or resistance trainings,mobility workouts. Tabata training coming soon.
