What needs keep in mind while starting a new work.?

What I imagined first of make it rough layout on paper. Then I present it on canvas, paper etc.

no gadgets are needed while u teaching through skype.

Within 2 year does water Painting, Sketching, Drawing, oil painting needs a proper training?

If you practice regularly then it is possible. but within two years it is difficult to know all the mediums of painting.
