Can you use abstract and final both with a method? Why?

No, It can't as both contradict each other. Abstract method needs to be overridden whereas final prevent method from overridden

Why is finally introduced in Java?

The finally block always executes when the try block exits. So it is introduced for the following reason: 1) To prevent resource leaks 2) To do the clean up process in this block so that it always execute.
