Aanurag Singh

I am Aanurag and I am in yoga field from 2001 and teaching yoga since 2012. I have done yoga instructor course from the pioneer yoga university SVYASA Bangalore, India and completed my P.G. in yogic sciences from Dev Sanskrit University Haridwar, India.

I am a Reiki Master, Panchkarma therapist, pranic healer and a Past life regression therapist as well. I give personal counselling sessions to individuals on meditation and spirituality. I not only teach the physical postures but more of spiritual aspects and life force energies which overall develops a human being to a higher ladder of spiritual realms.

To educate people about ancient spirituality in a simplest of manner and making people aware about meditation, connecting to Self(soul) and how spiritual energy works in life, is my passion.

Taught as a yoga teacher training faculty member in Mandala, (an international yoga teacher training center) in Kathmandu, Nepal.

As my background in English-

I worked with Top MNCs in International BPOs in Delhi and Gurgaon in voice process for 6 years where we were required to communicate with people residing in U.S. and U.K.
Global standard VOICE AND ACCENT+ soft skills training were also imparted to us.
