Hi hitesh, low back pain can be caused by multiple reasons, it can be previous injury, bad core health, or any bone oesification, etc. so yoga is not recommended infact you should go for physical therapy and a proper specialist not any fitness trainer as their scope of practice and study don't make them educated for all this. U need a physical therapist or any physio because first ur stability and mobility should be improved as well as ur back dysfunctions.
