Yoga is for everyone. There is no age boundation to start practicing yoga. There is different forms of yoga like power yoga, vinyasa flow, yin yoga, astangaa yoga, hatha yoga and so on. I will give classes on Hatha Yoga and astangas yoga, along with different forms of Pranayama or breathing practices. Yoga is not only about practicing Asana, or pranayama or mediation. Asana, pranayama, meditation mudra, bandha, shatkarma is all a step of yoga.
I will provide classes on a specific disease like joint pain, sciatica, constipation, heart problem, immunity boost, weight loss.
I will also provide special classes on meditation and different techniques of breathing exercises like nadi shodhan, practice on purak, kumbhak, rechak, shurya bhedi pranayam, chandra bhedi pranayam etc.
Students must have a yoga mat ofotheir own
So just start practicing yoga and stay/ keep your self happy. Yoga is the only way of keep yourself Healthy, happy physically and mentally both.
