Basically an Electrical and Electronics engineer graduated from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal. My interests and passion lies in learning and teaching mathematics and physics. What preparation should I do as my daughter is going to Class 1 (CBSE) in Delhi from junior KG in Mumbai. I am too much worried for her studies as the syllabus and all is quite different.

I think it's too early for you to worry about your child. You should let her explore and have fun for a while with the basic understanding of her classes.

Generally how many days will it take to acquire basic level acquaintance in learning the Kannada language?

Well clearly, everyone will say it all depends from person to person. But if you want to learn quickly and you do the basic stuff like watching movies, listening to Kannada news and listening to conversations and some homework, I believe you will be ready in about a week.
