Teaching French for School and College students for over 10 years. I concentrate giving one on one tuition to students and hence limit the number of students.

"Very irresponsible attitude. The student has been waiting for her demo classes for the last 1 hr and she didn't have the courtesy to inform us that she will not be able to take the demo class today. However, UrbanPro has not given any direct contact number for us to contact and check with her. The app/website shows reschedule, cancel, join and contact but when contacted there is no response. Why waste our time when the demo sessions are not happening? "
