PRCC has been founded by Mr. Pratyush Ramdewar, who is an MBA from top university of India. Human resource is not shown as an asset in the balance sheet; though managers claim that it is the most important asset of an enterprise, especially the service oriented enterprise. What could be the reasons for not recognizing human resource as an asset on the balance sheet?

Human Resources are not recorded directly. Good employees benefit organization in many ways. Post-sales client relationship, financial records and statements and many more things. Where is ISC 11th and 12th best coaching centre in Bangalore?

Well, I am from Chandigarh, I am not much aware about Bangalore but I would like highlight that being "best" does not depend upon brand or no. of success rates. It rather depends upon experience, methodologies and qualification of the teacher. Big institutes enroll thousands and even lakhs of students and then come up with 200-300 selections posting their photographs in all their centers all over country. So, analyze logically when you select any institution.

Internet speed atleast 1Mbps, digital writing pad, webcam, headphones with mic and notes in soft copy. Sharing screen on skype can be used a free tool. Regards PRCC

Well, being a commerce student, you should always look whether the teaching approach of your institute is industry-friendly and related to real industry environment or not. Means, every concept that is being taught should be related to Business Environment around so that as you progress in your studies and complete your education, you should have a complete knowledge of your domain as business and commerce environment is dynamically changing everyday and you should have answers to all that is happening around. Taking up subjects related to legal laws, you should be updated with technical ways to fight policies and regulations. Similarly, if you talk about accountancy, you should know how to handle expenses that are difficult to be handled. Regards PRCC
