Go out and speak. Read read and read. Gather thoughts and knowledge of the various areas. The fundamental thing required for a strong communicator is to have thoughts. Many people cannot communicate properly since they do not have anything special to speak. Have your own thoughts on any sort of discussions.... ...more

Once you are full of thoughts, you will be confident enough to overcome your fear of speaking in front of a crowd or a group.

Motivation is not which can be got at a time for your whole study. You need to achieve it by your attitude and your efforts, which I believe is a continues process. Motivation is not which can be got at a time for your whole study. You need to achieve it by your attitude and your efforts, which I believe is a continues process. On one morning you are so motivated that you can spend whole day for studying, on second day you showed procrastination and your whole attitude changed. The fundamental thing required is 'sustainability', to what extent you can think positive and focus on your goal. The biggest distraction of motivation is your external environment... do not watch TV when you are studying. Forget LKK and catch MKK. LKK= Log Kya kehte hai MKK= Muje Kya karna hai. If you follow this, success will be yours.
