I'm a meditation teacher and an art enthusiast. I have got the opportunity to travel around India and learn many different meditation techniques and art forms from the best practitioners available. From this experience I have created a beautiful set of practices to bring up the creativity thats hidden within every individual to reach its perfection. This practices include authentic meditation techniques from different traditions like Sufi, Zen, Tantra ect and also includes contemporary art-forms like Element dancing, Chakra sacred movements, Contact Improvisation.This practices are getting popular in western countries but some are new to India.
