IdentityI am a Counseling Psychologist. A core believer of "Participative learning". Psychology is a beautiful field and I take up subjects from introductory to graduate levels.
I use different teaching styles and am very much flexible in my approach based on the students need.
I strongly believe in the power of classes conducted in small batches, where learning occurs in two ways by discussions , doubts and questions.
Every class would begin with a revision of whatever was done in the previous class, followed by a detailed introduction of the topic, and then a discussion.
At the end of every chapter/ topic, students will be encouraged to participate by summarizing the topic, reflecting on important key factors.
Small steps leads to a better and good learning. Important is "to take those small steps".
