I would be performing the following important tasks for you.
* Determining your exercise needs by the aces of your physical and health conditions.
* Assigning fitness activities and revising when needed.
* Instructing and motivating you.
* Explaining applicable safety rules and regulations along with the use of exercise equipments.
* Conduct individual and group fitness training sessions.
* Adopt a holistic training approach (e.g. cardiovascular exercise, strength)
* Handle nutrition and health-related questions om the go.
* Carry out First Aid and CPR if needed
Requirements and skills
* Previous work experience as a Fitness Trainer since 8 years.
* Knowledge of diverse exercises and how to adjust plans according to each client’s needs.
* Ability to instruct and motivate people.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Teamwork.
* Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends.
* Proven experience of CPR and First Aid.
* High School Diploma;IFSA Certified Fitness Coach.
* Enabling dozens of clients to reverse health problems such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes,depression and heart disease.
* Planning and implementing safe and healthy fitness plans for new moms.
* Accelerating the safe rehabilitation of individuals recovering from injuries, illnesses and surgeries.
* Leading classes that improve the fitness, flexibility, strength and conditioning of men and women ranging in age from 16 to 70+
