I have done 6 levels of German from MMB.
In addition to that I have done a translation course from Mumbai University.

Is English easy to learn for German speakers?

Yes it is easy but you have to focus more on tenses because English has proper future tense and is widely used unlike German. Well, otherwise you won't find adjective endings, long words and even tenses are simple.
