It's just like if you want to read a phrase or sentence first you need to learn ABCD and then start forming words similarly

If you don't learn basics of classical music so it will be difficult for you to do good in your music career

For exact rating, you need to go to teacher/guru, or you can send your audio to any vocal teacher or singer he/she can give you a proper review.
And you can do one more thing. As in singing, you need to understand the frequencies of all the 12 notes. Develop the ability to match your voice with the notes. For that, you can download any guitar tuner and play Tanpura along.
Then you start singing every note you can figure out whether you are singing in tune or not.
