I have twelve years of experience in the fitness industry. I am a certified personal trainer from K11, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to assist people in achieving their fitness goals. My primary objective is to create awareness about fitness and guide individuals on their fitness journey. It all began in 2010 when I embarked on my fitness journey. I started my career at Gold's Gym, where I gained valuable experience working with a diverse clientele. As I honed my skills, I transitioned to training clients individually, providing personalised attention and tailoring workouts according to their specific needs.
Over the years, I have had the privilege of training over 70 clients. Each client has been unique, presenting different goals and challenges. My expertise lies in gym training, where I focus on strength and conditioning exercises to help clients build muscle, improve their cardiovascular health, and enhance overall fitness levels. Through practical sessions, I guide my clients through various activities, ensuring proper form and technique to maximise results and minimise the risk of injury.
I can provide videos demonstrating specific exercises and workout routines to supplement my training sessions. These videos are valuable resources for clients to practice their workouts correctly and effectively, even outside our training sessions. In addition to exercise, I guide weight loss and nutrition. I offer personalised weight loss diets that consider individual preferences and requirements. I believe in adopting a balanced and sustainable approach to food rather than endorsing extreme or "zero diets" practices. By educating my clients on proper nutrition, I help them develop healthier eating habits that support their fitness goals.
