I am a Culinary professional trained and experienced in multiple cuisines around the globe. I am giving home and online tuition to students since 4 years in Canada and I recently came back to my home town to spread my knowledge of cooking a variety of different foods. I have a degree in Culinary Management and my key skills are time management, precision and persistent cooking, high-end plating and decorating skills. I have been a home cook since the age of 11 years, gradually over the years I cooked for several friends, friends of friends, family and decided to quit my engineering career to pursue my passion for cooking. I started working in the industry at the age of 18 as a server in Canada and within 3 years made my way to Sous Chef position in an authentic South Indian restaurant after that I made my way to high end restaurants such as Eatly, Four Seasons, WPP compass group, and finally before leaving from Canada I ended up working as the head chef for tandoor at Oh Bombay for a couple of months. I have always been a passionate person when it comes to cooking as I always feel kitchen is my first home. I look forward to spread my knowledge on various cuisines such as Indian, Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Indochinese, Korean, Lebanese, Mediterranean, Japanese, Canadian and others.
