I taught class XI students from Army Public School ,Gopi Birla School , Royal College . Even now I am providing tuition on Physics & Maths of State Board & CBSE Board . During I follow pedagogy of teaching . I observe : in 90% case , the parents request for continuing in class XII also . As I run my own workshop on preparing notes , framing of question papers & maintain a good library having authentic reference books. One member of my team is gold medalist in Physics at IIT Chennai & six months back he completed his PhD from Nebraska University ( USA ). Teaching different students from different colleges / schools in different locality provides good feedback helpful in handling the tuition . Surprisingly I get offer for crash course during Oct , Nov ,Dec & I do it as I have perfection on lesson plan for crash course . As I taught students from Delhi NCR and Mumbai & suberb , I understand the psychology and behaviour of the students towards study and I successfully handle the situation . I maintain the dignity of students and the source that provide me tuition job . During teaching I not only help on text book but reference book also ; and show the questions being asked in competitive engineering entrance exams . It helps the students in making up mind for future career . Providing genuine notes on the subject and sometimes extra hours as per requirement helped the students and me also in building reputation and preferred tutor .Thank you very much .

I worked as HOD for Maths at B K Academy (CBSE) Delhi NCR. There I also provided private / group tuitions on Physics and Maths of classXII ( both ISC and CBSE ) to students from Govt. School as well as Private Public Schools like Delhi Public School , DAV School . I enriched myself with various problems being faced by students . It helped me to handle the requirement of tuition wisely . Judicious decision on lesson plan and its implementation keeping in mind the aptitude and grasping power of the students was challenging job for me . I discovered the root of framing the questions being asked in Board .I trained the students about time management with respect to study and exams. Explanation on a particular topic from text book and adding reference book to it helped the students very much . I taught Business Mathematics and Statistics to BMS ,BAF and B.Com students at Mumbai .I got success in getting their appreciation . I developed some unique lesson plan for crash course and short term course . It helped in handling the tuition in the best way .Even I handled the students who were scared of maths at BMS, BAF , CAT , GMAT level successfully . I got experience in handling and modifying the mindset of mobile and net addicted students . Such students were advised to complete home work or assignment in my presence and I devoted some extra hours for this .I never used the tools of scolding ,complaining etc during my tuition .Instead I used the tools of wisdom, sincerity , ability , punctuality , promise fulfilment , flexible timing , remedial steps .
