Yoga helps at all agree groups and has a transforming effect. I have completed my yoga instructor course from kaivalydham, lonavala and I have completed my diploma in yoga from kaivalydham, mumbai. I have worked on thyroid patient and cured them and also worked on weight loss clients and given them satisfying results. I have also done workshop from yogashram shibir on diabetes and pcod. I have also assisted on a yoga workshop.
