i have been an intern tutor at Excel public school in Mysore for 2 months been a tutor at DKS academy for 8th physics and mathematics these experiences have been great as i got to invoke interest towards the actual learning strategies atleast among some of the students rather than rote learning

i have dealt with 2 class 7th students for over a period of 1 year one of them was an online session and the other was home tutoring both were different in approach, interest and their abilities. as a tutor i helped them to love the subjects rather than being forced into studying those using examples, demonstrations, small small activities, online resources and videos to make the idea stick in their mind rather than rotting it for the sake of marks My intention was to improve their basics at this stage as it was the primary development stage, and the basics that they have inculcated at this stage would decide how well they are able to grasp higher concepts in higher grades frequent questioning, worksheets, and tests and positive reinforcement and appreciation helped my students to achieve great result in their school exams and most importantly love learning science.
