Good to know that you want to improve your English. For fluency you need to work on your daily useful words and try to speak English every time and every day in other word make it ur habit. While speaking you will notice your mistake that you have to work on using dictionary, Google etc. Read English newspaper, watch English subtitle movies erc. This will help you to improve day by day.

It's good that you want to learn English. Now a days English language became really common at every place. If you are beginner and you are not in touch with English so go from scratch. Don't be affraid of asking queries to your friends and people but ask to them who has good knowledge of English so that they can help you and clarify your doubts. Read and understand 5 words a day. Use dictionary and yes Google too. Day by Day you will notice confidence in your Study. Watch English subtitle movie, watch English news and listen carefully and try to understand you can even read news paper or any book which you like or which will make you comfortable like if you like comic books, recipe books, story book etc. So go on step by step. While speaking dontd concentrat too much on grammar just give it try and slowly you can rectify your mistake. So Best of luck.

For SSC exam try KiRAN publication and yes do remember try Previous year solved papers. This will really help you. For GK use lucent.you can try both descripticd or MCQ pattern. Descriptive will help you when you have enough time to read in depth while MCQ pattern will help you when you want to brush up things. Hope this is helpful.
