I'm a banker by profession (branch head working with a nationalised bank) and a die hard fitness fanatic by heart. I'm a certified personal trainer from institute of nutrition and fitness sciences, and am currently pursuing a diploma in nutrition and fitness as well as the course on certified strength and conditioning coach. One thing that drives me is that I wanna be fit, stay fit and grow old in a great way, and I wanna help the general population experience the same. It's a short life, and I want myself and people around me to live it large, so that when we look back, we'll share a smile and say "Now thats a life well spent !!! " I've experimented with a number of training styles, so I know how to cater to the wide variety of needs of the clientele out there. I've been training people since last 3 months now and honestly, the results and the feedback has been pretty good. One thing that I have learnt is that one needs to have patience and perseverance if one wishes to see change in oneself. Fitness isn't a 8-12-24 weeks program. It's a journey that evolves continuously. Everyone's body responds differently. So a one size fits all plan isn't going to cut it. Sure you'll see some progress initially, but that'll stall inevitably. That's where a coach/trainer comes in, just to get you past that phase and help you keep progressing.
