I started with an airline grooming. I taught personality development and Spoken English to many aspiring job seekers.I taught from class 7th till 10th in state and CBSE board in bidar karnatka in. I took spoken English classes in various Institutes in Gorakhpur. I have written articles for news papers and worked in Mass Communication field. I taught students in Springer Loretto School, I taught in St. Judes School, I taught in Rampus School and Saraswati Bal Vidya Mandir for grooming and Spoken English. Now I'm teaching professionals for Spoken English and GDPI for their career aspirations and growth. I teach them how to excel and win interviews and the importance and correct usage of English Language for their benefit. I have been in training and grooming field for more than 20 years and have helped more than 3000 students. In my vast experience I feel that psychological counseling alongwith work excercises help a student alot. Practise is what is required and grit and determination to self improve is the best key to reach your goals. Spoken English has levels of correction in students. We have to assess the student first and then pick the weaker areas and start. Assessing helps us find out if it is grammar, hesitation, under confidence that is bothering a learner. Of course constant encouragement is required and exclusive learning material is the key to develop interest. Please do enrich yourself daily with a few new words and sentences. Try to read a bit.
