I teach Therapeutic yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal yoga and practicing Varma therapy. I have completed my Master degree in Yoga and Varma therapy. Also got certification from Yoga Alliance as E-RYT 500.

I have been designing customised yoga sessions for individuals according to his/her needs and also conducting group sessions for various physical & Mind related issues.
