I have been certified in fitness training for the past seven years. My passion lies in helping individuals looking for positive change and achieving great results through fitness. In 2016, I joined a Nutritional Club Wellness Center, where I received training and gained experience in handling diet planning consultancy and counselling for individual clients. I have also worked at R Bounce Fitness and a localised gym near me, further expanding my expertise in fitness training.
I aim to build a successful career in this field and create opportunities for others. I specialise in weight workouts, including high-intensity, body weight, and weight workouts with equipment. Over the years, I have successfully trained more than seventy to eighty clients, dedicating one hour of personal training to each. I have primarily focused on providing offline training for individuals aged twenty-two to fifty-five, catering to different fitness levels and goals.
My practical classes are designed to provide a comprehensive fitness training experience, including personalised workout plans, nutritional guidance, and counselling on healthy lifestyle habits. I firmly believe in proper nutrition's importance in achieving fitness goals. As a personal trainer, I emphasise the significance of a well-balanced diet that complements the workout routine for optimal results. I work closely with my clients to create tailored nutrition plans that suit their needs and help them make informed choices about their diet. My experience and expertise in fitness training have allowed me to impact many individuals' lives positively. I take pride in seeing my clients achieve their fitness goals, whether weight loss, muscle gain, or overall well-being.
