Hi Ravindra, I'll recommend you to join English class it will really helps you to improve your language in very short time. English can be learned by your own too, but it requires lot of patience, consistency & hard work in which most of the people fails. You can join ENG-KING if you stays in Pune!

Dear Jacob,
Spoken English is very important. However IELTS is a test which needs to given if you decides travel abroad for further study or work. The other countries would like to know before giving you visa that you are familiar with English (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking).
If you are in India then IELTS examination is not mandatory.
