Appoint one mentor. Either from your relatives or an outside professional. And keep a target of building fluency within one month—schedule daily calls or meetings with a mentor. Prepare your regular paragraphs and read with him, get fine-tuned. Individually you can do, but results are not guaranteed because we cannot cross-check ourselves.

Start writing small articles on social media about different subjects of your interest. It will always keep you upgraded on your language skills and vocabulary. If you are a student, become self-taught and make videos of your topics. You may or may not share, but when you listen to yourselves, you will find it useful to improve your speaking skills.
