"Perfect point to point content regarding interview training skills which helped me alot to prepare well organized sequencial flow to present myself infront of the interviewer which contains many other things mention apart from resume. This training skills helped me to present myself very different from other candidates. Very expressive, appropriate and perfect structured way to present myself which was the biggest and strongest achievement I had gained through this training. "

"The advanced Interview Training course offered by Skillbridge was a very detailed and comprehensive learning to enhance my confidence while giving the interview. The course was designed in a beautiful way since it gave me clarity to me on all aspects of what exactly is needed to prepare myself for the interviews. When I enrolled for the training, my mentor was Dr. Rachita Bhattacharya and she was a wonderful mentor to me and a trainer with great skill in training for the interviews. Day to day, she used to give me decent tools and techniques to improve anything and everything about preparing for interviews and increasing the confidence at its best. Overall, she use to focus on everything. I am now confident in cracking the interviews and I am super excited to do my next level of training again with the same mentor. Skillbridge truly rocks with such wonderful mentors at the service. "

MTI stands for Mother Tongue Influence. It occurs while learning any new language. However, most prominently it creates a barrier to speaking English fluently. The thoughts of any individual are usually structured in the Mother Tongue, and when they try to speak a new language, they structure their words as they would have been in the mother tongue. Although it is a complex issue to solve, it can be overcome through intensive practise and commitment.

Hi Murthy,
I can understand your situation here. I was at that point one time.
To tell you honestly, speaking in English, or any other language than your mother tongue is a difficult job.
I know it because I've found it difficult at first.
However, it would help if you didn't burden yourself with the mistakes you might or not be made while speaking. Like every skill, this is also a skill that gets better with practice and time.
So the first thing is to have patience.
Secondly, keep practising.
Read as much as you can. Don't worry about not understanding. Most of us don't understand one thing or the other, but with time this will get better.
The thing is you'll take some time to get used to it. Then it will start to become slightly simpler.
Finally, please write what you've learnt/read.
I hope this helps.
