I feel in love with the idea of teaching cooking when I started helping my friends out with their food and they always used to compliment me and tell me their recipes turned out really. Itâ??s the best feeling in the world when you hear that you helped them making amazing food. I find expression in my food and I get joy when I teach other to do the same. Cooking is my way of communicating with the world.
Cooking is such an amazing art, there are so many ingredients, recipes and cultures I learn about every day in the kitchen. Even after so many years of cooking, I learn something new every single day, there are so many recipes and techniques yet to explore itâ??s literally never ending.
My favourite type of cuisine is my own Sindhi cuisine as it is so flavor packed and so rich tradition. Other than shindi food I love South Indian and North Indian food they are my absolute favourites. especially masala dosa with an amazing coconut chutney.
